How long does a membership last?
A membership starts on the date of purchase and is active for 1 year from the end of the month it is purchased. EX: a membership purchased on November 1, 2020 will expire November 30, 2021.
How long will it take to get my cards?
If you do not opt into the Go Green program, Membership Cards are sent to the printer on the 15th of each month and it will take 3-4 weeks from submission to receive your new cards in the mail. You may use your digital card from your membership portal or the PDF version of your card that is attached to the purchase confirmation email in the meantime.
How do I access/claim my membership portal?
A membership portal will be created for you when you purchase a membership. You can log in for the first time by going here and clicking on the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the same email that you used at the time of purchase and follow the instructions sent to you.
What happens if I lose my cards?
You can request a new set of membership cards by paying a $5 replacement fee here or use your digital card .
